1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bavior is an autonomous growth agent for Reddit. Given a goal, it plans a campaign, discovers relevant communities, drafts native content, and — through Bavior's own vetted accounts — carries out and reports on that campaign. Actions are subject to your approval unless you enable autopilot.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the goals, products, and materials you submit and the campaigns you direct. You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or the rights of others, or promote illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content;
- direct the Service to engage in vote manipulation, spam, impersonation, or other activity that violates Reddit's terms or a subreddit's rules;
- market products or make claims that are unlawful, misleading, or that you are not authorized to make;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
6. Platform Rules and Results
Your use of Reddit remains subject to Reddit's own terms and each community's rules. Bavior aims to operate within those rules and does not engage in vote manipulation or fake engagement. However, outcomes depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, citations, upvotes, or that content or accounts will be immune from moderation, removal, or suspension.
7. The Bavior Network
On eligible plans, campaigns may involve the Bavior network — independent, real Reddit users. Where network participation is sponsored or incentivized, it will be conducted in a manner intended to comply with applicable disclosure requirements and platform rules. We do not guarantee the participation, content, or outcome of any individual network member.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans may include monthly credits and usage limits as described at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and credits are not redeemable for cash.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Bavior or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the materials, data, and brand assets you provide, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular objective.
12. Early-Stage Service
The Service is under active development and may experience changes, interruptions, or downtime. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using an evolving product.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bavior will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bavior harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content or campaigns, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
15. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to arbitration or a small-claims process.

7. Bavior 网络

8. 订阅与计费

9. 取消与退款

12. 早期阶段服务

13. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Bavior 不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何利润、数据或商誉损失承担责任。对于与本服务相关的任何索赔，我们的赔偿总额不超过在引发索赔事件前十二个月内你向我们支付的金额。
14. 赔偿
你同意就因你使用本服务、你的内容或任务，或你违反本条款或任何第三方权利而产生的索赔、损害与费用，向 Bavior 作出赔偿并使其免受损害。
15. 条款的变更
我们可能不时修改本条款。我们会发布更新版本并标注新的"最后更新"日期；变更生效后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的条款。
16. 终止
你可随时停止使用本服务。若你违反本条款，或为保护本服务或其他用户，我们可暂停或终止你的访问权限。依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款将继续有效。
17. 管辖法律
本条款受美国特拉华州法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突规则。对于不适用仲裁或小额索赔程序的任何争议，你同意接受该州法院的专属管辖。
